Carroll Gray Racing

Welcome to Carroll Gray Race Horse Trainer. We are small but successful yard nestled in the stunning Quantock Hills, our stables are located in the grounds of Barford Park where a picturesque Mansion House has overlooked ancient parkland since1666. 

We offer both National Hunt, Flat and Point to Point training. As a family run yard we only have eight boxes so we are able to give the horses lots of individual attention.

We pride ourselves in bespoke training tailored to each horse. We love to keep the training varied having woods, natural jumps, and lovely commons around us, where the horses can have fun hacking between working hard and getting fit on the gallops.

We also put a lot of emphasis on flat work and grid work, as this provides the horse with a good grounding on which to build it's training.
